How does Vayana’s E-Invoicing desktop utility work?

Simplicity and ease of use is at the core of Vayana’s E-Invoicing desktop utility design. To get started,

  • Download Vayana’s E-Invoicing solution from here
  • Complete basic configurations of Vayana’s E-Invoicing utility as shown here
  • Download invoice data from your existing ERP system (like Tally or other) in IRP compliant JSON format (check with your ERP solution providers for capability to export invoice data in IRP compliant JSON format)
  • Save these invoices in the Vayana E-invoice utility’s folder configured as input folder
  • Vayana E-Invoice solution submits the request for E-Invoice registration
  • On successful registration of E-invoice on Invoice Registration Portal, they are placed automatically in the folder configured for output
  • User can now upload the IRN data to the ERP, to associate the IRN with invoice data
  • Proactive notifications are sent to the buyer’s system through Vayana’s API integration, making E-Invoice data available for immediate reconciliation, instead of waiting until month end.
